I'm fairly new to this, but was curious as to what other's PCR BCR-ABL1/ABL1 percentage was at diagnosis.  Mine was 123.210%.  Just wondering how my number compare with others.  I know most of my other lab numbers weren't as high a lot of other people, and I had no blasts seen on the peripheral blood smear.

i don't think quantitative pcr is very accurate at DX, but i had a bcr-abl/abl ratio of 361% - 260K WBC and 3% blasts in PB (0% in my first CBC and 3% in a second one - different labs) but only 1.2% in the marrow.
