Hi Trey. I need your advice. On 5/1 my b3a2 was 0.145 and my new oncologist was not happy with this number and wanted to change my medicine. I'm on Gleevec and i want to stay on Gleevec. I had another test done on 7/10 and it came back b2a2 0.039 and my b3a2 came back 0.131. Should I be concerned about these results. On 5/1 I was taking 200 mg of Gleevec but I didn't tell the oncologist. Then I started taking the 400 mg on 5/1.

As you know the b2a2 and b3a2 must be added together for the total result, which would be .184%  That is essentially flat, and especially with the lower dosage it is not a problem.  I don't know if your b2a2 had been undetectable previously.  Either way you remain solidly CCyR, so I would wait and see what the next PCR says.
