Just a note that I went from 56% to 16% on my BCR/ABL test with Iclusig. While heartening, my oncologist asked me to up my dose to 30mg/day. I complied. The goal for that first three months was to get under 10%. I came close, but no cigar.
I am hopeful the positive trend will continue at the higher dose, perhaps getting me well below 10% and approaching 1% on the next BCR/ABL test a few months from now..
Ultimately, of course, I hope I get to .1% or better.
