At the beginning with Sprycel my glucose had been as high as 119 fasting. Now, it is down to mid 90's. I've cut out added sugar intake and drastically reduced all whites (flour, rice, potatoes). I eat protein, lots of non-starchy veggies and berries when I want something sweet.

Good luck!

Hi,

When I started Sprycel my Glucose jumped up as well. I would sit around 114-116 at the high end of normal. After about 8 months it dropped back down and is now down in the 90s.

Drug induced increase in glucose levels should probably not be diagnosed as diabetes unless it is significantly high and sustained over time.  Many have this issue and it can resolve itself, although it can take quite a while.
