I accidentally left my Gleevec in my car overnight and did not realize til dinnertime tonight, so they were in there all day in the heat. I have a black car that gets very hot insdie --it was about 75 degrees out today but must have been at least 85 in the car. they were in the center console. I know these drugs are not supposed to be in these kind of temps. Is it still safe to take them?

I would not be concerned about it.  The active ingredient is very stable, so short term heating like you experienced is not much of an issue.
