Hallo Trey and my other CML friends,

I got my PCR results today and it says detected low level but no numbers. Trey and everyone else could you please tell me more what does this means, am i PCRU?

The scale on the chart have reached all the way to the bottom. I have to say I'm more then HAPPY because my last PCR went up a bit.

Been taking Tasigna 2 1/2 years.

Thanks you all,

I had a "Qualitative" result prior to getting a negative - for my lab it meant that it went below the testing results they showed but they could still detect the CML. With any luck you'll be like me and the next result for you will be negative.

Most labs have a lower limit of PCR reporting even if the sample is still slightly positive.  That cutoff is usually about -4 to -4.5 log.  Some labs will simply report this as undetected (PCRU) but yours reports it as a detected but below significant limits.  So the result is so close to undetectable that the difference is negligible.
