I was reading one of the old posts revealing the fact that you did manage to reach CMR in an year ......
What was your numbers at Dx ? Wbc, platlet, HB, etc..
What was your first three months pcr ?
This info will be benchmark for many like me

Dx: 100K WBC, 1M PLT, other stuff not really relevant.
MMR in 100 days. PCRU/CMR in 8 months (probably only because 6 month PCR failed due to shipping error).
Started 400mg Gleevec, went to 600mg for a couple months, then back to 400mg.
My experience is not normal, and not necessary for long term excellent response. Overall, steady wins the race.

Thanks. I think gleevec 600 did the trick. My doc is not agreeing to do so.
I am worried about resistance. Planning to start curcumin supplement 4000 mg today. Thanks

I'm baaaack. Curcumin and all.
Diagnosed 11 May 2011 (100% FiSH, 155% PCR)
with b2a2 BCR-ABL fusion transcript coding for the 210kDa BCR-ABL protein
Sprycel: 20 mg per day - taken at lights out with Quercetin and/or Magnesium Taurate
6-8 grams Curcumin C3 complex.
2015 PCR: < 0.01% (M.D. Anderson scale)
2016 PCR: < 0.01% (M.D. Anderson scale)
March 2017 PCR: 0.01% (M.D. Anderson scale)
June 2017 PCR: "undetected"
September 2017 PCR: "undetected"
