Hi Thomas,
PCRU can be reported as 0.000 or negative as my hospital does.

Zero is universal, not international, no matter how it is calculated.
Just don't try to divide by zero. This gentleman tried it, and look what happened. Very sad.
Hey, is Herodotus back in England? Is he waving? Why, that little bast......

PCRu can also be referred to as Complete Molecular Response (CMR) which is considered > -4.5 log reduction

Damn it, Trey, I was taking a drink of water when I read your post. You obviously have too much time on your hands. My poor monitor!

Makes me want to play around with photoshop. Dang. If only I had some time on my hands.
I'm starting to wonder if that darned squirrel that dug up all of my tulip bulbs, then got into our walls (dumping my bulbs there and driving our cats crazy with his scampering up and down inside the walls) was the pictured rodent. He has the weaselly eyes and villainous expression on his face. . .oh wait. . .maybe I'm confusing him with the guy with mustache.

Have you checked on your bike lately?

My lab reports CMR as <0.001 and states that is the limit of the test. 0.000 is never reported. I suppose that is realistic. As we know too well, even at zero, there are still leukemic cells undetected.
On another note, I don't believe Chicago will ever thaw enough to have squirrels dig up my bulbs. We seem to be in an eternal winter (today it is 14F / -10C). Now I understand why they send the bad guys to Siberia. What were the Brits thinking when they sent their criminals to Australia? I can see why they changed their minds and then populated the state.

Tedsey, I thinkof you every morning when I watch "The Weather Channel" (best show on TV
and based here in Atlanta). How in the world have you endured this? Chicago has been hit
so hard this year, as well as the rest of the Northeast and Midwest. I think of you all and
wonder how you manage every day life with so much snow and ice.
I'm glad you gave a window to express my concern. Hoping spring will come
at least by May.

When I have time, I will photoshop a helmet onto that poor squirrel. I firmly believe in ATGATT (all the gear all the time). Speaking of tulip bulbs, Tedsey, my first crocus just came up. And as I was walking back into the house, I saw the first dandelion as well!!!!! Denver goes from winter to spring in a matter of minutes. Quite a bit unlike my native Minnesota. I remember one year when the snow was up to the roof of our house, so we brought the sled inside, climbed out my bedroom window (second story) onto the roof of the garage, and slid down to the ground on the sled. And I remember walking 12 miles in hip deep snow to get to school every morning. . oh wait a minute. . .that was my grandmother.

Thanks Simone. I have to endure the deep freeze every morning and afternoon when I have to stand outside to drop off and pick up my first-grader at school. The school used to let the kids right in, but at this point, I guess they figure we are all "hardened" and the kids can stand outside in line in -0 temps. My toddler is crying for spring. I don't blame her. I feel like we are stuck living in that new Frozen movie. It has been tough. Long underwear and snow pants help, but you cannot stay out very long. I, woman of 1000 shoes, am very tired of wearing the same ol' snow boots day in and day out! My cute new boots are now worn out!
This morning was a whopping 45F! Simply tropical! I saw some brave souls without hats!
Take care!

PCRU = 0.000 - looks something like a row of bullet holes. Such as the ones in Trey when my little friend catches up with him

Are you in Chicago?
My onc is at University of Chicago. They just switched to the international scale which confused/scared the hell out of me when I got my latest results.
