The Cancer Support Community's (CSC) Research and Training Institute and

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) have joined forces to launch the

Cancer Experience Registry: Chronic Myeloid Leukemia.

This initiative will help identify and raise awareness about the emotional and

social needs that accompany a chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) diagnosis. Those
who have ever faced a cancer diagnosis, whether just diagnosed, in treatment
or years beyond treatment, are encouraged to join. Learning about your unique
experience with CML will help shape the future of cancer care.

The CML Registry is more than just answering questions. By joining and completing
the survey, participants may access resources and see how others have
responded. Findings will be shared with the participants and the cancer
community at large to drive next steps in programs, research, and policy, and
improve the quality of care for all.

Visit https://csc.cancerex...ceregistry.org/ to sign up for the Cancer Experience Registry, where
you will be directed to questions specifically designed for those diagnosed
with CML. Your information is confidential.

If you have questions, or want to request a paper copy, please contact the
Cancer Support Community at 1.888.793.9355 or registry@cancersupportcommunity.org.

Together, we can make a difference!
