Never mind, sadly I just discovered that Jerry did not survive his stroke. I still don't know the date of his death but I will do more searching. Here is a link to a celebration of his life:

UPDATE: Jerry died on August 6, 2013. Here is a link to his obituary, in case, like me, you were hiding under a rock some where and did NOT hear about the very sad loss of this brave CML warrior.
