Help with PCR results?

I am currently on 300 mg gleevec. Diagnosed May2011. Started on tasagna but got very sick.below is a years worth of PCR results. All international scale. How am I doing. Dr is thinking about increasing to 400 gleevec or switching to sprycel. Not looking forward to either.

6/13-0.129%

3/13-0.0912%

12/12-0.077%

That is Major Molecular Response (MMR) which is the gold standard for response.  So you have done very well.  If the side effects are a real problem, then messing with success is ill-advised.  Otherwise, take as much drug as you can withstand while still living a normal life.
