I would like to know if anybody, besides myself, has the F317L mutation?

Long story short.  Joined this wonderful group of people in Dec 2007.  Found out Feb 2010 I have a mutation.  Blew through Gleevec, Sprycel and Tasigna since.  Never hit the most sought after numbers of .00000.  Started Iclusig on June 22 of this year.  At that time my PCR numbers were 10% on the international scale.  Got the news Sunday from my doctor, last PCR test results were undetectable.  That test was done on Sep 3.

Hope everybody has a great weekend.

Mike

Congratulations Mike on your Undetectable PCRU result.  It is so great that there are choices for a few TKI drugs when one does not work.  I say that all the time because all I had was Gleevec at my diagnosis, but feel very blessed that the Gleevec worked for me.

Enjoy Your Weekend!!!!   You have something to celebrate.

That's a huge PCR drop in only 2 1/2 months.  F317L has been a problem mutation for some.  Iclusig is making a big difference for those with some of the tougher mutations.

Glad to hear all is well.
