Thomas, I was PCRU in July 2013 and again in Sept 2013 after an increase last April.

That was the reason I started this thread. However, the January 2014 showed an increase

again,but .02%, not as large an increase as last April. My onc/hem will test again in May

and we will see.  I do not understand this coming in and out of PCRU. However, I am

grateful  that I am still MMR.

Any thoughts on my situation are appreciated from anyone.

I try not worry but it is worrisome.

I would be keen to know your numbers at Dx and spleen status ...When did you achieve MMR ?

Why are you on 300 Mg ?

Are you on any other medication ?

Thomas, I am on 300mg. because of low blood counts.  My counts at Dx were 250,000

and I achieved MMR probably at 18 months from dx. I don't really remember.

Yes, I am on other meds, including Nexium for reflux.

I hope this latest PCR is not an indicator that 300mg. Gleevec is too low for me.

Best of luck in your search for peace with this disease.  You will be o.k., but

right now you probably don't feel that way.
