Has anyone had their retiree drug coverage converted to an EGWP (employer group waiver) Medicare Part D plan?

UHC sold this as saving a lot of money for companies while being as good or better for the plan participants.

That may be true for many drugs, but in practice, the copay on TKIs seems to have skyrocketed (10x).

Has anybody been pushed into such a plan?
