Hi Fiends,

Just got word Tasigna will be arriving Tuesday.

How long should I stay off Gleevac before starting Tasigna? I should mention it is just for a better response. Nothing to due with side effects.

Dr. Slack (Mayo) said one day, Dr. Druker said three days. I'm planning on following Dr. Druker's advice, but wanted to hear from others that have experience doing this id possible.

I swtiched to sprycel from gleevec a month ago and my doctor gave me a week break.

I took a 5-day drug break between Gleevec and Sprycel.
