The concept is a good one, teaching the body's own cells to attack leukemic cells.  But this particular approach wipes out all B-Cells, both good and leukemic.  That would likely require a transplant to re-build the B-Cell population (and therefore all blood cells), so not very useful.  But this is the right track even if not useful in the current form.

I remember reading that and thinking for stable CML, this would not be good, you would be trading a stable chronic disease for something more dangerous.
