It's interesting that you post this ... I was given a Zpac from urgent care quite some time ago and I posted on here asking if it was okay because there was a "yellow" warning when I looked it up on one of the drug websites for interactions with Sprycel. I ended up taking the Zpac and luckily had no problems. Fast forward less than six months after that, back at urgent care and they would not prescribe me a Zpac - said it was "redlined" (or something like that) on their online prescription ordering due to fatal interactions. The doctor said he couldn't override it or anything (not that I wanted him to after hearing that).

Thank you Lucky! I find that I am a LOT more hesitant to take anything (even certain vitamins) anymore - but this is good to know
