Lab report doesn't actually point out in terms I can understand if it's IS or not. It states:

BCR-ABL Quantitative PCR PB                           1.8900 H  %                 (0.0000-  0.0000)
Low Positive is < 0.01   BCR-ABL to ABL transcipts

High Positive is > 100.00 BCR-ABL to ABL transcipts

Can you tell if this is in  IS or their lab scale?

My last results in Oct were:

BCR-ABL Quantitative PCR PB                          12.7700 H  %                 (0.0000-  0.0000)

Would this be a log reduction with either scale?

Thanks so much,

Melanie

Melanie,

It is International Scale.  Your overall standardised log reduction is nearly -2 log.  Your personal log reduction during the past 3 months alone was nearly -1 log, which is very good news.  You were diagnosed nearly 2 years ago and had a rough start, so overall you are doing well.  It appears that you may be getting into a more rapid response mode, but time will tell.

Thanks Trey for the confirmation. Yes, I feel it's encouraging too and am very happy to be showing a response. We'll see what the next 3 months brings.
