Hi castlefibers,
M abdou is now on Sprycel, he didn't have a lot of luck with Gleevec.

yeah, i know. my new onc is discussing what to change me to. she wants to do a BMB first to make sure that there aren't more mutations first. but still. i totally want that result.

Good to get all the information so you don't wind up switching twice. I'm considering switching to Tasigna in May next year, at my next appointment, side effects from Gleece are causing me a few issues, Sprycel has fluid retention issues, which I already get from Gleevec.

Thank's a lot to all . my only problem with S that my ANC is 1.01 and I Think that I can't reduce the dose to 50 mmg in that time but overall
S is so much better than G in all side effect . No cramp, fatigue no fogbrain , musle pain & i loss 6 kg from my weight without doing any diet.
All the best wishes

There is not much difference from the result 3 months ago, but you are still doing well. Sometimes the PCR will remain flat for a while and then start down again.
