The product literature for Sprycel indicates that it is best absorbed from your stomach into your bloodstream in the presence of stomach acid.  Since I take my S at dinner time I have been wondering if it would be ok to have foods that are acidic such as vinegar with salads, Crystal hot sauce, which contains vinegar, etc.  My thinking is it is likely ok and should not greatly affect the pH of the stomach contents.  Any thought on this appreciated.

thx Mike

Those are fine.  It is not just stomach acid that benefits absorption, it is any acid.
