This chart on what vaccines are "safe" for those with CML starts with the invalid assumption that we have "compromised immune systems".  Once we have responded to drug treatment we have a normal immune system.  Even without treatment response, in Chronic Phase CML the leukemic WBCs still work; it is the late stage CML where blasts take over that the immune system is significantly degraded.  Possible exceptions are those with extremely low WBC/ANC.
