I have no fatigue with Sprycel. I had a little with Gleevec, but it was very minor.
Over the years, I've noticed that if I don't consume a great deal of DARK green veggies over the course of the week, I experience some fatigue. I'm talking raw and cooked spinach, kale, collard greens, and broccoli.
Also, adequate water consumption helps a great deal. "Adequate" meaning roughly 2-3 L of pure water and/or healthy fluids per day.
I noticed this well before the CML diagnosis, and I've continued the routine post-CML with barely any fatigue compared to my pre-CML life.
