I don't know them so I can't say for certain
Tasigna hasn't been around as long as Gleevec but there are people out there who are pushing 15-20+ years with CML. Long term effects from Gleevec so far look pretty good, hard to say with Tasigna since it is newer but nothing startling has come out so far.
It is hard to worry about the future and what these drugs may do to us, but we have to keep in mind that without them we would not survive for very long, so anytime we get with them is a gift of sorts.
