There are other options, such as drug induced pseudo-lymphoma. Don't know what symptoms you have.

I have had two PE and fluid removed,treated for pneumonia in the last six months. Sprycel reduced to 40 mg. last X-ray show interval progression in right lung opacities, persistent hilar fullnes. Radiologist says may represent adenopathy. Having CAT scan tomorrow.
