   Trey you and others I have been taking Tasigna for about four months almost all this time on half a dosage of 150mg twice a day, s these numbers good.

Looks like Complete Hematological Response (CHR).  So a good first level of response.  If you have been on half dose because of low blood counts, I do not see a reason why it could not be increased again.

Trey, I was put on half a dose because of the pain in bones and joints.  He at first was going to put me back on a full dose, but decided to leave me on the half dose, because of some findings that patients have been doing good on half doses. I will go back next month and will see if I still make progress. Thanks for responding.
