Very interesting post. I read it and it is very exciting.   There was a Bob posting in the AML board  who had the flt3 mutation and  relapsed,  who may have benefited by the drug that was  mentioned  and sadly he passed a few weeks ago.  Ironically, he even posted a thread asking if anyone heard about the drug they mentioned "Sunitinib".

I think this is a very big deal and just a thought; your post should also be targeted to A.L.L & A.M.L boards

Any chance that you could copy it and re-post it in these two boards?  I believe these two boards would benefit more.

Apparently for the ones having the FLT3 mutation several drugs are hopefully being discovered and tested, including sunitinib. A few abstracts on the subject :
