Hi Sneezy,
Thank you so very much, I'm going to print all this out and send it to my dermotologist. and the surgeon who removed the melanoma. I can't remember if it was one or two years before my cml dx, that I had the melanoma. So my surgeon doesn't know about it, but I am my dermotologists only patient with cml. He's a wreck. I see him every 6 months, and he has biopsied,and removed several skin cancers from me. But the last 2 years my biopsys have been negative. And I have had no sign of another melanoma. I was on Gleevac for 3 years and now I've been on Sprycel for about 18 months. Maybe it's possible that a tki can prevent more skin cancers, and treat melanoma. I was lucky I spotted mine early and it had only spread to 2 lymph nodes. Thank You Sincerely Billie
