After a year of 50mg Sprycel dose and four consecutive PCRU readings, it seems that my pleural effusions are slowly rearing their ugly heads! I really don't want to change drugs but of course I am also concerned about the return of the effusions. I had them a year ago when I saw Dr Cortes for the first time. He lowered my dosage from 100mg to 50mg and the effusions cleared up. I will see Dr Cortes in two weeks so I'm confident he will come up with a solution. In the meantime I was just wondering if anyone has been on a dosage lower than 50mg. Thanks so much.
