The Nursing Guide is very interesting in that it is a readable guide for anyone new to the disease. However, please note that in table 5 the starting dose for Tasigna (nilotinib) is 400 mg. This has been reduced since 2009 to a starting dose of 300 mg. per day.

Retired 12/23/2016! 18 months of PCRU, most recent at Mayo on 7/25/17 was negative at their new sensitivity reporting of 0.003.<p>
