Fish oil may help cure leukemia

No disrespect taken.  I agree, a lot of these types of products probably are fish oils, but that doesn't mean they all are.  I only know of two that I'll vouch for, improved joint health with Glucosamine Chondroitin, and to a lesser extent, the cleansing effects of natural green tea.  I used to take those fish oil pills because somebody kept giving me bottles of it, but haven't since dx.  I'm 29 and have no reason to think my heart isn't healthy.

My grandparents on my Mom's side were health nuts, and they lived short lives.  My grandparents on my Dad's side lived off garbage food and buffets, were overweight and still lived into their mid-90's.  I think genetics has a lot to do with a person's longevity, and blind, dumb luck plays into it as well.

I take Nordic Naturals, and I don't get any fishy after taste or burps.  My skin and hair look better and my fingernails don't peel and break when I take fish oil; that's why I take it.
