So the nurse practitioner called today and told me the karyotyped 30 cells and 0 were ph pos. she also said that the report read "normal male karyotyping".........does that mean CCyR?

Cytogenetics are in.....

It sure does! Congratulations Josh!
BTW, not sure if you were uncertain, but normal male karyotyping just means you have an X and Y chromosome in your cells like males should.

Yes. Great!
The "normal male karyotyping" actually means that your WBCs all show 46 normal chromosomes, including the XY that makes you male. So your report would read 46,XY (30) which means that 30 WBCs were examined in detail and all were normal. Normal females (if there is such a thing -- ha ha) show as 46,XX
